At Shimmy School we are belly dance specialists. Follow along with one of our open-level classes where we will go over some basic moves, drill technique and have a go at some fun choreography. So grab your shimmy belt and get wiggling!

Whether you are a Twerkaholic or a Twerker to be, this workshop will teach you what you need to know. Learn to pop it, drop it, shake it, wiggle, wine and more. Not only is it ridiculous FUN, but it’s a great workout too.
Twerk Factory is a fun, effective way to get fit and stay in shape. The class is designed to teach you the basics of Twerking. Starting from scratch, we cover all the basics; including warm up exercises and routines as well as a Twerk choreography teaching you how to twerk it to the beat.
It’s a high impact, energetic workout that targets the gluts, thighs, inner leg muscles and calf’s, as well as toning and strengthening the abdomen. On top of that, it’s also incredibly enjoyable!
