A ballet inspired fitness class which tones and sculpts the body improving flexibility, co-ordination, balance and strength. No previous ballet experience is necessary!

1 Studio Class per week for £25 (monthly) or All classes per week for £40 (monthly)

With your 1 month pass you get full access to our Shimmy School online community, allowing you to join in from the comfort of your own home for a whole month! You can access our class archive, bitesize skills and drills videos and the live stream of our Stretch and Relax class – after purchase, request to join our private Facebook group Shimmy School Online, quoting your reference number.
