A ballet inspired fitness class which tones and sculpts the body improving flexibility, co-ordination, balance and strength. No previous ballet experience is necessary!

*Please bring socks or ballet shoes and a yoga mat if possible (we have a few you can borrow if not)*
1 Studio Class per week for £25 (monthly) or All classes per week for £40 (monthly)
Sign up to one of the following studio sessions and reserve your place on all the of those classes taking place throughout the month. For a £40 all class pass, simply add the 2 classes you will attend the most to your basket, check out then email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a code to book on any other in person session.
- Monday – 19:15 – 20:00 – Belly Dance FUNdamentals – 1 Month Pass
- Monday – 20:15 – 21:00 – Belly Dance Improvers / Choreography – 1 Month Pass
- Wednesday – 20:15 – 21:00 – Dance Fitness – 1 Month Pass
- Thursday – 10:00 – 10:45 – Barre Fitness – 1 Month Pass
- Thursday – 11:00 – 12:00 – Gentle Belly Dance (formerly U3A) – 1 Month Pass
